Q: Is the product same as photos?

A: Yes, all photos are real.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Most orders will be processed within 1-5 business days following your purchase. Average timescale:

  1. Payment approval – up to 24 hours
  2. Processing order – between 24-72 hours
  3. Shipping – expect between 2-3 weeks, though it can take from 4-6 depending on how your country handles packages. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do on our end to expedite that process.

Value appearing on packages may be understated for customs purposes

Customs and taxes

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, borderage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into their country. These additional fees may be collected at the point of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.

We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.

The shipping cost does not include any import taxes,and buyers are responsible for customs duties. I understand that you are worried about any possible extra cost for the items.Based on past experience.

Tracking

Q: Is there any tracking Number for my item?

A: Yes, we ship every order with their Tracking Number, and you can view the shipment staus on the corresponding website. You will be notified by email with the tracking number once your package is shipped out.

You can then visit our TRACK YOUR ITEM page with your tracking number to check out the whereabouts of your purchase.

 

Q: Why can’t I see any tracking information even though I have inputed the tracking code?

A: Tracking information appears within several days, especially with overseas deliveries, e.g. China, where it becomes available within 5-10 days

Special Offers:

We occasionally offer FREE PRODUCTS + SHIPPING  - you are only asked to pay shipping which is also discounted on multiple orders of the same item.

Returns:

We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can.

The buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original condition. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we may not be able to offer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.

The buyer will be responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
